Hi,
I placed an order this afternoon as a new customer. The upfront payment was taken from my bank but at the end of the checkout it said that my order had to be reviewed and could take up to 48 hours. I have received an email confirmation of my order and all the contract info. Anyone able to help?

All applications are looked at on an individual basis, so what happened to someone else may not be the same for you.
O2 will run a credit check and an affordability check to see if they think you can make the payments or not.
Your order will only precede when they are happy with your financial status.
You will receive further emails from O2 with updates once they have completed the checks.

Yes I ordered mine in Friday 11th. Rang them today and still, nothing. Six days later. Horrendous. Not even an email decking or accepting and same as everyone paid £20 up front. Not pleased at all
