@Vaida

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Hey,

I can confirm I placed an order on 2nd December and online it said next day delivery to store (which is why I chose it in the first place as it was quicker than delivery to my home), but upon visiting the store I was told my phone wasn't there and was still processing. I asked for the manager, but only the assistant manager was available, so I spoke with him and he explained that there are indeed some processing/delivery issues, for contracted devices anyway. I asked him if there were any phones in stock, and there were, but he said that if I got it there and then and didn't wait for my one, it would've needed another credit check, as well as issues with porting number, etc, and would get messy.

Today, I called the store and still, my phone isn't there, so I called customer service and after discussing for around 20 mins, I finally learned that on December 1st, there were some changes made at their processing facility, and any orders purchased from early-mid November would be delayed. He said the same is true in my case.

O2 are meant to be one of the best providers, but I've never dealt with a more unprofessional experience for such a simple thing. Nobody can confirm when it will be there, nobody can track it, nothing.

As well as that, I can't even see my order in MyO2. Not happy.

Agreed.

Ordering phones, number porting & migrations, esims and customer service are all a shambles right now and have been for some time

Shop early for Christmas as there are going to be a lot of upset customers.....
