Order confirmation different to over the phone quote

Hi,

I was a Virgin media customer before the O2 deal. I changed my package today, and VM quoted me 10gb SIM for £10 p/m, on top of the £28 p/m for VM broadband.

The O2 part shows as 5gb and £12. Is this normal, and VM haven't made a mistake? Short of contacting again I just wanted to check if anyone has experienced similar.

As part of the volt deal the data is doubled, so you will get 10gb.

It also sounds like you will have a £2 per month discount which is applied as a bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
