On a year-long phone contract - can I use a Uswitch SIM?

I have taken out a 13 month contract for an iPhone, and I have fully paid off the device cost, so I no longer have to pay for my device plan each month. I now just have my Airtime bill left over, but I was wondering if I can change this plan as well or if I'm tied in for the 13 months.

I want to switch to a SIM only plan from Uswitch, but I'm not sure if this would be possible and my current plan would be replaced with the new Uswitch plan, or if it would mean I had 2 separate plans.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

You can yes, you will need to contact customer services once you have the new deal from Uswitch, and they can transfer the number over.
