Obtaining Pac code

Trying to get my pac code…

 

sent a text requesting my pac code, got a reply, saying as I’ve got two numbers on the account i have to either call or obtain it via the website, shouldn’t it be intuitive enough to realise that the phone you’re texting on is the one you’re requesting a pac code for?

 

Tried to navigate the web site, clicked on the link ‘continue’ to head towards leaving o2, it just refreshes the page, and doesn’t go any further

 

 then ring them up, only to be told to ring back in 3-4 hours, as the department who gives the pac numbers are having problems…

 

terrible service and website…

We have been told that some systems are down today so suggest trying again tomorrow.
