Hi,
I bought a new phone last week and was told that I could apply for a 25% discount off my monthly bill as I work in the NHS. I have completed the online form and it has bounced back stating that there has been a problem with my application, as my national insurance number is not on my payslip. Would there be another way to have application approved without having to provide a payslip, as my National insurance number is not included on this
