O2 app saying ‘payment not recieved’

Hi my o2 app has an exclamation mark on it saying ‘payment not received’ then it says I owe them £0. It went out of my bank account the last 2 months but app saying I must pay £0 by 4th of January. Anyone else had this?

It's a glitch in the app that we have reported.

O2 are investigating.
