Hi, I've just finished a 2 year contract with o2 and have decided to keep my handset but change to a 30 day sim only contract. Do I need to do anything to keep my existing number?

Thank you

If you UPGRADE you will keep your number. You should see something like this in My O2

Thank you, yes I upgraded as you describe, just wasn't sure if I had to do anything further to retain my number. Thanks again

Hi @Ksm100 , hope you had a nice weekend. Good to see you got all the information you needed and hopefully everything will go fine with your SIM only contract. slight_smile Do come back anytime if you have any additional questions.

Cheers @Cleoriff for the help above! thumbsup

I’ve just moved to a sim only contract and been sent a new SIM card - do I need to install the new card or can I just continue to use my existing one, which is working fine?

@TonyCowling

Continue to use your old one.
