Hi , I bought a new SIM only plan after checking that it was supported by the phone and O2.
When trying to set up, the options do not appear, even though the official supported device list includes both phones

You need O2 to enable wifi calling on your account first then you must turn it on in your MyO2.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
