I've been with O2 for many years never had a problem before. I've recently taken out a contract with O2 from being a PAYG customer.
The problem that I'm having is I've contacted customer services on multiple occasions since Tuesday to try and get my PAYG number transferred to my pay monthly.
I've been waiting since Tuesday to get my number transferred.
I need to have it transferred due my children being in school and it's the only contact number they have for myself in case of an emergency.
What else can I do? Any help is appreciated.

You need to persevere with O2 unfortunately.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@zoe_94 If you don't have Auto Top-Up set up then just follow the section on moving from PAYG to Pay Monthly in the guide.
If you're still having difficulty you can also reach O2 via social media who should be able to help:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

@zoe_94 In theory it should be a 2 minute job, but this is O2, which is why you're going through the wringer. Keep in mind that anything to do with moving numbers doesn't really function on weekends for some inexplicable reason within O2, so you may be better off waiting until Monday now.
