Good afternoon, I have been having terrible signal now for months and it is continuing to get worse. I can’t explain the frustration trying to run a business which is all through your mobile device for it to be so unreliable. I also received a parking ticket as I did not realise my payment had not gone through a parking app as I had no signal. I have been trying to get in contact for some while but I have been so unsuccessful as even My o2 app will not allow me to sign in even though I have tried to change the password.

May someone please address this problem and hope it can be resolved.

Regards

Toni

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Guides may also help.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If you are getting no signal in a wide area I would be looking at a SIM or phone fault. If you put your SIM in another phone does the same happen?

May be worth getting a replacement from an O2 store. Call in with photo ID.

Also use WiFi Calling when at home

Have a look at these guides

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Picking up on your mention of issues with the O2 app, you can access MyO2 from the link at the top of this webpage.
