No refund for cancelled order

I ordered an IPhone 13 on the 25th of may and for a couple of days the status for my order was processing even though I paid for next day delivery, and then a couple of days later they cancelled the order without notifying me as I found out through checking my order status. I have not received an email from O2 since I ordered the phone a week ago and have not received the money back that I paid. 
I don’t know if there is a phone number to contact them on as every time I try to get help it takes me either here or to the virtual assistant. Is there a solution to this? Will I receive my refund? Do I have to go to one of there branches?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Check the payment status with your bank.

If it shows as pending it means O2 haven't claimed it and it will be returned to your cleared funds in around 5 to 7 days, in line with your banks policy.
