This may sound daft question BUT how do I add a new phone to my 02 account?

If you run into any difficulties O2 Customer Services can link accounts too.

Have you had the log in details for your new account?

Each account is separate by default and has different log in details.
It's the customers choice if they want to merge them or not.
My 4 accounts all have different email address and/or password but I view them all through my "Master" account as they are merged in there.

I posted on the assumption that they already had a My O2 account and could simply link the new one.
