So I checkouted out online put in my PAC code and put my trade in Device.
I’ve put my sim in my phone and no number transfer, also I got no links or information about recycling my phone, and apparently going on o2. Recycle my phones not in catalogue, but if I do serial number I get iPhone 11 Pro 256GB when I have the 64GB version.
so what do I do I did all I wanted at checkout, PAC code, request recycle but left with neither ?

Ok so I got o2 things you need to know, welcome to 02 email this morning. It has everything there, my number as previous provider . So I give this a day or so as phone>my number is still showing new o2..
also as for phone can I not go in store to do all recycle or is it all online/phone?

You should be able to edit the number in the phone settings once your number has ported.
O2 recycle needs to be done online unless you are upgrading in store.

Ok so it’s saying my new o2 number on myo2 . I placed order Thursday and collected it Saturday last week. So number ports within 2 working days. As it definitely has it on my o2 welcome email
