I have just upgraded to a 5G phone from a 4G phone. On one of the options pages I ticked that 'I do not need a new SIM'. Unfortunately it seems I will need a new SIM to get 5G services. I can't for the life of me find how to order a new SIM without ordering a plan.
Tried 202 to see if it could be added to the order but they told me they can't do it because I've already upgraded. The only way they would do it was by sending a SIM with a new number but I want to keep the number I have.
Any ideas anyone
Thanks. Chris

Easiest way is to pop into your local O2 store with some photo ID and they will do it for you for free.

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid going to a shop as the nearest one is 45 miles away...

Customer services can send you a new blank sim by post but they will switch off your old one before the new one arrives, so you'll be left without a working sim for a couple of days.
