I currently have a dual SIM, O2 and a US sim. I’m currently in the UK with my O2 SIM turned on and I’m not getting any data or connecting to the O2 network properly.
I’m paying a monthly fee.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
