Network coverage in central Southampton

I have been working in central Southampton since March and came to expect a poor signal when I am in the office, but when the boat show was on I had fantastic performance, voice & data.

Since the boat show ended at the weekend the signal has gone back to terrible again.

I can understand that phone signals aren't perfect everywhere, but when I work in the city centre and I know that you can provide a good signal it is hugely frustrating when I can't even make a call let alone access data services.

Please turn the power back up, otherwise when it comes time to renew I will be looking for another provider!

Thanks, however I had already seen that. The status shows normal 2g and 3g in my specific area. I just want someone who looks after the O2 network to turn the power up again, but can't see how I would contact them.

If the work doesn't improve the signal give them a ring.

When the Boat show was on o2 may have installed a temporary mast to cope with that event hence the return to a poor signal.
