I have been with 02 for well over ten years and have worked for the NHS for even longer.

I currently have a S7 Edge with a sim only tarrif. I am looking to upgrade my phone. It there any specific offers and discount at all?

Edited to add, you won't get a discounted tariff unless specified, or a discount on your handset when you purchase. (unless it's on offer)

@TomW  Not really. O2 have a fair usage for all policy so no matter how long you have been with them, unless there are discounts shown on the device or tariff, you will pay the same as everyone. Take a look in the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop 

The O2 Open guide I linked to is worth having though.
