My tracker number isn't recognised but says my parcel is on way

If you ordered a sim from o2 then it is sent by Royal Mail and the tracking number often doesn't work @Ryan32
If you ordered a phone then it should, but it might be the tracking number is not active.
To confirm one way or another the best thing to do is speak to the sales team.
You can either message them on Social Media -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
