My second line *********** suddenly has no data - he can’t even make a WhatsApp call. WhatsApp messages don’t go through either. I have checked the account but there is no issue. Please can you check urgently?

"Calls" made using apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger and suchlike are not treated by either your phone or the mobile network as calls, but as data usage.
It's therefore completely normal to lose the use of these apps in the event of not having an internet connection.
