Hi ordered a new phone on the 25th November phone has never arrived yet o2 are trying to bill me for something that I don't have .I have phoned them about the phone not being delivered. They have told me it got lost in transit with DHL and the DHL insurance have paid them for this but yet I still have no phone it is 12th December now and they want to charge me £6 extra on top of my bill for not paying it yet .my argument is pay for what
