How to cancel Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

This is a community forum so cancellation cannot be done from here

they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No, not really. I need an O2 staff to cancel renewal of my contract and there is no option online in my account to do the same too.

This forum is just information provided by other O2 members.

All the options to cancel your contract are in the guide there @Harmeet.

If you're cancelling your contract and want to take your number, you can request a PAC to give to your new provider. If you don't want to take your number, you can request a STAC and give that to the new provider. Once they process either of these, your account with O2 will be closed.

If you're not switching to another provider and want to cancel, you need to contact O2 which can be done through the social media links provided by @Enlli or by calling 202
