You will have to prove that you where mis sold the insurance and if it has been on your charges for a while, and have only just noticed it is implied that you have accepted the insurance, as it will have been included on all paper work relating to the tariff and on your monthly bills which its your responsibility to check for accuracy each month.

I would contact o2 and cancel it, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you cancel it.

You'll need to contact O2 to give 30 days notice to cancel, and you would have agreed to the addition of insurance when you signed your contract, so proving a mis sell will be difficult.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
