MMS picture messages

Does anybody know if the the MMS bolt on for 50 picture messages for £5.11 per month on 02 is the price befor or after VAT is added on to the monthly phone bill?

Will the charge to my phone bill be "just" £5.11 or will I then get charged an additional 20%VAT (UK) making the actual cost more like £6.14 a month.

@PictureStop wasting your money sending MMS. Download Whatsapp and get the people you're sending pictures to to do the same. The cost to send a picture, or call, or text, or video call is zero.

Edited to add zero if you send over WiFi.

It is inclusive of VAT as each text is around 10.02p per message in the bundle.

Non sense. For consumer contracts the price quoted is what you pay.

VAT is only added to prices advertised for business contracts.

I know, but that's not what I said.

I said the advertised price is what you pay, so it already includes the vat element.
