I received an email on 01/05/24 that seemed to be from O2, this email was to tell me that my prices were going up on some bolt ons, and therefore I could cancel my airtime plan, no cost, within 30 days.

I have spoken to two separate O2 customer service reps, one of them told me this would be fine, and the other has told me I can't do this, and it was a scam email.

Has anyone else experienced this? The email came from: 'news@o2-email.co.uk'

Thanks in advance.
