Leaving 02

As expected I am trying to leave 02 and stuck in a web page loop of click for help and click here blah blah and no link on my account to leave 02. Need some assistance please as I no lnoger own the phone. Where do I go to close/leave/cancel/end/terminate my account please?

@not-happyIf you no longer have the phone I presume you also no longer have the sim card. If that's correct you'll need to call customer service. All the numbers available are in the link below. From other posts it appears that 0800 587 4005 is the best number to use try to get through. Try calling at 8 am.
