Resolved! Disney plus

I’ve activated the extra for 6 months free and downloaded Disney plus but how do I tell Disney I’ve got six months free. I tried using my o2 log in but that didn’t work

Upgrading via uswitch

So found a good deal on uswitch for the iPhone 11 with 02 ( over £10 cheaper than 02’s offer via their app ) my contract is up on the 17th June 2020. I am due and upgrade with 02. Will it be ok to go via uswitch for the upgrade? Thanks in advance.

I just upgraded my phone and the person I spoke to said I could add my discount until the phone had been shipped. It’s been shipped today but I still can’t add it onto my plan - does anyone know how I do this ?

Neatgear mobile router data

I have a netgear router with two sims, 75gb and 50gb and the two cost around 62 a month. O2 now offer 150gb for 36.84 but I can't communicate with anyone to change to it. Can you advise how I could change my package. Thanks
