I am leaving O2 network after contract period got over.
I have ported my number.
So I am unable to login or enquire regarding bill & details.
I dont know customer care email , i tried calling customer care - but the auto-menu tries to find my details but fails. eventually couldnt reach to anyone.
I need to speak to someone & get my doubts clarified. Any number that i can reach (other than 08009020217/08009777337/03448090202) , which allows me to speak to customer service?

Try 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
