Just joined can’t use o2 app or track phone

Hey I’ve just joined and can’t access the app it won’t let me log in.

 

also been 2 days since I’ve ordered the phone and nothing is showing in my account, 

I phoned them yesterday and was told to wait as it was processing, still haven’t heard anything from them!

 

getting worried now as I can’t track it and getting hold of the customer service doesn’t seem to help

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

I’ve got the same problem I’ve phoned them and spoke to them on Instagram and a bloody load of **** if you ask me ! They’ve taken my money also but mine is still down as processing and was meant to be delivered yesterday .

please let me know if you get any update
