I would like to know what I'm supposed to have bought as I did not buy anything at all,the invoice  Number is NC49522180

It's probably because you have been moved to the billing system,, but you can check with O2.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

That range of invoice numbers are generated when some customers are moved to the new billing system and changes have to be made to ensure they pay the same.
