Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

O2 make this much harder than it needs to be - shouldn't have to wait on the phone for 15 or 30 minutes or messaging to do a simple thing like this.

Other networks allow this to be changed on the online account.

If you have been moved to the new billing system, you can set your spend cap from the menu online. Unfortunately if you are on the old billing system, you would have to call or use live chat to change your spend cap.
