Galaxy s6 problem

So the issue i have is the phone worked fine last night.

This morning it just wont turn on, Its fully charged,Wireless charger green and been on cable charge for 3 hours to make sure. 

 

Things i have tried

Holding power in for 30 secs .........Nothing

holding power/V UP/home key ......Nothing

hold power button and plug charger in.....Nothing

 

Im not even getting a Vibrate!!!. The phone is only a month old and this has to be well within covered by warranty. Not been dropped or anything,Not even a scratch

 

Any help

Try connecting to pc and kies for recovery, otherwise it may need to go back to Samsung. Hope you have backed up recently.

If the phone does need to go for repair, DO NOT let O2 send it off. Contact Samsung first, and send it directly to them.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It sounds like it's completely dead. Where did you buy it from and when exactly?

It was from o2 on contract and it was delivered release day. As for the kies samsung s6 DOES NOT connect with kies.

You need "Smartswitch" for the S6 but from what you say it won't help you anyways.
Contact Samsung directly for assistance or if you have one local, pop into a repair centre
