I purchased the Galaxy S23 256gb on 28th June whilst they were running the offer for buds for £1, I waited the 30 days for the code to be sent and nothing. After 4 phonecalls I was sent a code which was invalid! Multiple further phone calls stating I will be sent another code to speak to someone today stating I am not eligible for the offer despite having the information on there website! Has anyone actually received the buds from the 8th june-5th july promotion? Feel like I am being continually fobbed off by o2!

They actually arrived so deffinetly worth trying through a different search engine rather than the link they send!

Yes, many have received their buds but nothing we can do to help you, sorry.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

I'm in the same boat as you, brought mine in Aprill and have been trying to get a working code since. I've called them 13 times so far and usually get told I will have code in 2 days but this time been told 14!! I've contacted BBC Watchdog today to see if they can help!

So today whilst on hold AGAIN I decided to copy and paste the website link that was sent with the original code into Google and it WORKED! The order has gone through despite the code saying invalid if I used it clicking on the link in the text message. Might be worth a try. I'll update when the buds have actually arrived. 🤞
