In the last few days I purchased a £10 top up but now it's charging me for textes can you clarify this for me

You need to check how many free texts you have remaining in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but also be aware that premium rate texts and international texts are included in your allowances.

From the Big Bundles info page in case helpful:

 

Once you have used your allowances you'll pay our standard rates:

  • Calls cost 35p a minute
  • Texts cost 15p each (excluding picture or premium messages)
  • 50MB of data costs £1 a day
  • Free Priority and O2 Wifi
  • International and roaming rates apply
