Free Airpods

Hello

A couple of months ago I ordered a new iPad and Apple Watch and was promised a free pair of AirPods. A few weeks later I got a text to say respond yes if you want your AirPods delivered at a cost of £20 (which annoyed me as I was told they were free). I agreed to this though but have still not received anything. 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Part of the reason I agreed to get the watch and iPad was to get the ‘free’ AirPods.

I think you have misread as the offers alately have all been £20
