Good afternoon I hope you can help me I have upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy A10 to a Samsung A42 but I cannot find my number and I can't not get it working I need some help iam no good at technology my bill is going to come in on March and I can't pay it cause I cannot use it I can not phone 02 on any of my phone's all I have is a home number 01908 3876381 please can you try and help me

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
