Ending contract early due to poor service

Hi. Can anybody advice on ending a pay monthly sim only contract early. I have a12 month 100GB deal and barely use a few meg every month due to dreadful coverage. I am lucky if I get any signal, indoors or out and when I do calls constantly break up. Right now I have one bar of NO G at all. I invested in the 100GB deal to possibly avoid needing a landline. Instead I had to get one. The only benefactor is O2, piggybacking on the extra expense by using WiFi call.

The robot chat thing is just a hamster wheel and I’m about done with O2 after many years of patronage. Any advice please.

The only way to cancel the contract is pay off the remaining months of your contract.

Full details are in the T&C's section 8.3 and 8.4
