I've been waiting for O2 to allow Samsung Watch wearers to make calls and an official Samsung press release contains the information below. Is it finally happening?
[[8] Galaxy Watch3 4G connects exclusively on EE*, Vodafone** and O2***.
[*** From 04/09/2020. Standalone voice calling on 4G model requires an O2 PAYM plan with data subscription. Your Samsung smartphone must also logged into your Samsung account, be switched on and connected to the O2 network. You will use the allowance from your current PAYM or SIMO plan to call from your Samsung Watch. For initial set-up, wireless network and pairing with Samsung Galaxy smartphone 2019 and newer required.
Also appears in the Carphone Warehouse listing for the watch: https://www.carphonewarehouse.com/samsung/galaxy-watch3-41mm-4g.html#!colour=bronze&dealType=sf

I've just browsed the link you have posted and I cant find anywhere to choose either!
If you click the + icon it tells you all about each watch, prices and then says
Discover the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2. Browse the watches and visit an O2 store to buy.
Nothing there to 'click and collect'. (Unless I'm missing something obvious!)

That seems expensive compared to the iWatch.
