I am on a Pay Monthly plan with 20 GB data, unlimited UK minutes and unlimited UK texts. From the help guides, I understand if I am in the EU that my allowance in the UK will apply to the EU countries. However I have noted I’ve been billed for calling a landline in Austria while I was there. So I wondered if “Unlimited UK minutes” is restricted to just within the UK and this UK/EU allowance only applies to data and not to minutes/texts?

They should come out of your allowance when you are roaming in the Eurozone.
Cannot comment on the Austrian Landline as, like in the UK certain numbers are not included.

There should be no charge for a standard Austrian landline but there will be for their equivalent of 0845 etc numbers.
