My Bill for this month came and as the virus crippled my income for this month i could not pay it, attempts to make contact with O2 have failed multiple times, the pay date is today and they have taken out the money which I was using to buy food. It is also a debit account and they have made an overdraft which is no in my card contract, ive cancelled the direct debit to prevent them from attempting further. what/who do i contact to get this money back?
