your dd date is 14 days after bill is produced. look in my o2 you should see your billing date.

It changes slightly each month as there are different numbers of days in the month assuming your bill date is in the ;ast 13 days of the month.

You can get o2 to ammend you billing date so it would always come out same date

I doubt they have cut you off before the bill was due, a bill dated on the 11th March would have been produced 14 days earlier.

Your bill dates are roughly the same as mine so the March bill was generated at end of February.

If you look in "My O2" it will look like this:

Bill date 24th February 2013
Payment due on 10th March 2013
Latest bill amount £**.**
Balance*£0.00
Next bill date 24th March 2013

That means the bill should have been paid by the 10th March, (not 2 weeks after).

I guess you've been cut off becuase you are late paying - Did the DD not go through the bank OK ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Best bet is to call 202 after your month's payment has been taken. They will change it to a date to fit in with your needs.
