You need to contact customer services. Making an extra payment doesn't reduce the number of payments you make, it reduces the amount you pay. For example if you owe £100 and have 10 payments of £10 and pay £50 as a lump sum then you will still have to make 10 payments, but now they will be £5 not £10.

I have a same problem....i try to call in 202....stay on the line one hour.... I tried twice more, same thing again, and gave up... why is so hard to make extra payment....😒🤦♀️
