I have had an overdue payment message. However my plan since paying last month has said that I am due to pay £0:00 left of my device plan as I have paid up my amount.
I am confused as to why this is now considered overdue…am I supposed to pay over what is due when it says £0:00 left to pay?
please could someone assist as I don’t want to be in arrears. Thank you
