Hi, I have a virgin contract and it includes a sim. I tried to cancel it but because I'm part way through it's going to cost me alot and I will lose half my Internet speed. So now I am getting a device and airtime plan. So my question is at the end of the phone contract is the phone yours then?

Yes it is as it's part of the payment plan
