Ive recently completed a sim swap after having my iPhone stolen,
After a sim swap took over 72 hours I called O2 and they were able to activate my sim card - everything was working fine, then on 31st my ability to use Data just ended, I can still receive & make calls and texts.
- O2 have confirmed all blocks were removed
I cant get through to anyone on chat or on the phone (I spent over an hour to just be hung up on) and on social media they take around 6 hours to response and so far were at my first security question,
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this / a fix?

Try dropping network selection down to 3g.
If this works, it means 4g was not enabled on your account.
