Data lost?

Hi

I recently broke the screen on my s23 ultra and sent it in for repair, the screen was totally unusable and I could not access the screen to do any backing up, I now have an s24 ultra but do not have access to the old phone (o2 have it) to use smart switch, I talked to o2 and they said not to worry my photos and videos are safe, how do I get them back?

All photos and videos were in Gallery app, checked Google account, don't think back up was on?

O2 say to call the repair team, anyone think they would be able to send the data to me?

CS have lied to you., it does tell you when you send a phone off to remove any google accounts etc from the device and to back all data, 

The data will have been more than likely wiped from the device, and they wont be able to send it to you, as that would be breach as they dont know your pin, or Google Password and they wont ask for it...

@Tomg8155 Sorry to say that @madasaf1sh is correct. If you didn't have backup enabled on your account your videos and photos are probably lost and irretrievable.
