Hi,
I'm on the £8 for 30Gb of data but I'm with Virgin so this was increased to 60Gb however my O2 only shows 30Gb. Do I need to do something to increase this to the 60Gb agreed?

It takes around 14 days for the data to double, and when it does you will see a bolt on in myo2 for Volt Benefits.

If its over 14days then you need to call 0344 809 0202 or 202 and speak to Customer Services and they will pass it to the VM Back Office team to confirm.
