Hi, I received a delivery Tuesday with no phone in it. I don't know what's going on but I need my phone asap! the seal on the phone was broken and no phone inside the box. The delivery man handed me the package and when I took it inside I noticed that the DPD bag had been tampered with. I have contacted o2 online as I have no phone to call and now I can't get a reply on Facebook messenger from them. what do I do and what is the protocol in situations like this?

Had the same experience with DHL last week, mine (an iPhone 14) was swapped with a cheap powerbank. I wonder what details were in the invoice and if my personal identifiable information has been compromised.
