I upgraded my phone to get my daughter a new phone. So I'm wondering now if I can just pay for the sim so I can continue with my number ?
Thanks

@Rb3

You need to contact O2 and explain you need a new sim for your daughter. All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

You can continuw to use your sim in your phone, but the new phone will need a sim, unless you have a previous one in use.
