I can not contact 02 on any of there contact services and want to know if any one else has had this problem.

You can rule out your phone by trying a different network sim in it. My local co-op sells then for £1.00 so would be worth popping an EE, Voda or Three sim card in to see if a signal shows up on screen.
This will leave either all your o2 sim cards faulty or a network glitch.

If your wanting to contact O2 about an account enquiry I would suggest not using the Online Chat Facility.

Ring them.

Or perhaps could we help or use Twitter. #02

I cant ring them.  I don't tweet, I just want it answered here at 02.  That's what the site is for, isn't it?  Hubby & I have had no network coverage on our phones since last night.  I checked your website, and my postcode shows no outage or works going on.

 

still waiting for an advisor on the online chat facility.  5 hours now.

As stated, I've already done that (at least six times).  There is no outage issue for my area.  I do not have a landline.
